Seems like every spring and fall Heathe decides to cut down more dead pine trees. Well, this Saturday we cut down seven dead trees. Marty helped Heathe drop them and then our awesome neighbors helped with the clean up. It is actually fun when we all get together to do stuff like this. Even the kids helped. Rylee hooked up her sled to the back of her quad and hauled stuff to the fire. Abby rode on the quad with her and told her when it was all out and time to go get another load :) As you can see the highlight of the day was when the girls could walk on the trees that Heathe and Marty cut down . . . they sustained minimal scratches. We had pizza for dinner and celebrated Brenda's 29th (again) birthday with cake and ice cream. It took both Trent and Heathe to get all the candles lit! Sydney practiced with her birthday cake, again. I was still hoping she would dig on in and make a mess. No such luck. Practice is now over because I finally threw her cake away.
