We went over the Meeuwsen's house a few weeks ago. I think Carter is sleeping everytime we see him, but we did get to see his peepers for a short period of time. It doesn't matter because he is so adorable no matter if he is asleep or awake. Sydney thought she would test out some of his toys while we visited :)
